All day today...off and on...I have been hearing this loud voice that screams "PLEASE HELP ME....HELP ME!". I have asked everyone inside if they hear it or who it might be, but no one else hears it....just me?!
It is scary in a way because I don't know who it is or why they need help. I can't find them....I don't know where they are....why are they pleading for help??? It makes ME wants to yell for HELP, too!! I have no way of reaching this other person because when I try to talk to them or ask about them it's as though they can't hear me. I have even tried using the writing that T taught me and...nothing. Anyone else have this experience before???? I am scared. BJ

have u tried finger painting? that's how kiya& them found some of us.

I've had this before..... for me it is like... first contact... an alter letting herself/himself known for first time.... sometimes if I sit very quietly... without TV or music... and relax my mind.... images will start coming to me... and I do that over a few days... and gradually the alter will become clearer and clearer...until I know who ... is crying...
Lately.. I have been having that with an alter.. who just crys.. don't know who she is.. or why she is crying... |

Finger painting, relaxing and just listening...I will have to try all of those things.

Well, I just got back from T and I talked to her about who this could be. She said that it might be just myself...just BJ, not anyone else crying out for help.
The other thing it could be is another alter that has yet to expose themselves. The other thing she brought up was options for activities for me to do and one thing was fingerpainting! She is moving offices and is going to have more space for artistic things and one thing she is going to have is fingerpainting. I am pretty excited about trying new things. BJ

Fingerpainting sounds like fun!
 How awesome that your T will have more space for you to do art therapy. I'm excited for you! Keep us posted as to how it goes.

Yes, I am really excited. Not having the chance to be a kid when I was one and now getting the chance to do everything I have WANTED to do is really going to be great.

Have you been able to do art therapy with T yet or finger paint at home yet?
Listening for me is scary but if I am doing something calming and not scary, it's less scary to try to listen while I'm doing that. Did I say it was scary? lol Anyway, just wanted to see how things were going for you.
