Just back from therapy Just back from therapy Just back from therapy
There are some days I wish I could just stay in bed all day. I feel like total crap both physically and mentally.
This weekend was bad, don't remember anything and am in a Lupus flare. My pain meds are gone all I have is an empty bottle. My guess is someone threw them out, so now what do i do?
Went to therapy and I kept switching, I hate that when that happens.
I am out of control. My therapist is great but on days like this I need more help and feel like I could have stayed there for hours. Could use a shoulder to cry on and a few hugs to get me through this. No one knows I have been dxed with DID. So for now I am in this alone. Help?

I'm sorry you are having such a hard time. I remember what it was like when no one knew about my DID...it was scary! Now, I can come here and lots of wonderful people help me out when I need it.

I'm so sorry you are struggling. There is good support to be had here and I'm glad you are reaching out. You aren't alone. I'm glad you have a good T.

Can you call your pharmacist and tell them that you have lost your pills? I don't know if they can help or not, but might be worth a try. Or perhaps your Dr would have some sample drugs to help until you can get some more? Please take good care.

Just back from therapy
Fuzzybear thank you for the hugs. I have to go and see my T again tomorrow, we are just not functioning well. Hugs always make me feel better and just knowing some one else has cared enuf to reach out to me, makes me feel less stressed.

Thank you, want to heal, I have found alot of information on this site and the support is incredible. Happy that I have found people I can relate to. I feel like I can finally be "me" and not be judged for my actions when i am out of control ....which lately feels like all of the time. Thanks again, your words of encouragement mean so much.

Hi BJ,
I got the courage up today to tell a really good friend of mine. Fortunately she knows of two other people that are DID, and she told me she already had her suspicions, I just confirmed it for her. She told me that she loved me no matter what ....Whew that was so hard. But what a relief!
