I am a teacher and today is the last day. I am so sad because my boss is leaving after 17 years. Im not used to feeling and have just been able to do that. I have had so much loss lately and it hurts really bad sometimes. Between grieving my childhood, my children's childhood, divorce(ok with that really) this is so over powering. Sometimes just the mere fahttp://forums.psychcentral.com/images/icons/trig.gif
trigct of facing DID is overpowering but I am still who I am. Ive always known I was intense. This is allot to deal with. Last day of school so sad

((((((((((((Crazy1))))))))))))) That's hard. Will you be able to have contact with your boss after she leaves or is she leaving the area? Perhaps you guys can schedule a lunch sometime in the near future.

That's great that you can feel, though I can imagine how scary that must be at times. It sounds like you are going through a heap of stuff all at once. Emotions can be so overwhelming.

What are your plans for summer? Perhaps you and your children can plan some fun things to do to help get through.

Thank you for your words. I am being bombarded by emotions that i am not used to and really have no one to talk to. Summer wow got to teach summer school and other than that my house is a complete disaster. I would like to go somewhere with my 15 year old cause last summer we were very poor cause my x left and we had to keep all the bills, lawyers ect a float. Want this summer to be more healing and relaxing for us. I have been crying for hours sometimes i really don't know if i can do this but i keep going. Again thank you for your time it means a lot to me. Just to know that others experience the same things help.

That will be awesome if you and your 15-year old can take a trip somewhere this summer. Last day of school so sad We are similar in that even when we can't keep going, we do. That's a survivor and you are one. Always remember that. Have you considered going on antidepressants for the short term to get through this period of time? There are so many out there now that might help and it doesn't have to be forever. I hope you're feeling somewhat better today.
