Early Today, when life seemed to hard again, I went for my normal pass some of the day away nap, only half asleep(like I could still hear noises outside my room but just) I was told by a part(don't even know which one) that I have to just come to terms with this reality, this is the norm now and I'll have many triggers, so buckle up and deal with 'em. etc etc
This has happened before too. Seems to only happen when I'm needing to know something, or at my wits end. Does this happen any of ya'll? |

I've seen this happen a few times with my BF. As he's dozing off, I can sometimes hear little snatches of conversation (he talks in his sleep). When he wakes up he'll tell me about talking with one (or both) of the others. Usually, it was a helpful conversation.
I wonder if it's easier to communicate then, in semi-consciousness, because the walls around "standard" reality get relaxed and we can touch things that normally get filtered out?

I do this often, apparently. My BF tells me, "You know, I had another conversation with Jo-Jo last night" and I can usually remember only bits and pieces.
This happens after I have taken my sleeping meds and I am just about to fall asleep. We think it has to do with my defenses are down as I have major control issues with my alts. I am learning ALOT about my alters through these exchanges and even though I hate the fact that I can't remember most of the conversation in the morning, it helps to know more about my selves.
