feel like were floating almost all the time now..........nothing seems real, not even me (whoever that is)..........gong thru the motions best we can and failing at quite a lot of our attempts and simple normal tasks (like cooking, etc.) can't seem to do nuthin right or get any thing good like beadwork projects finish. the world is just like unreachable like we are watching it but can't be a part of it cause its too scary. can't seem to and don't know how to work out of this crummy place i guess its in our head don't know that either

I definitely understand that Beadlady, nothing feeling real happens quite often to me. I know LOGICALLY that things must BE real and tell myself stuff like 'I'm doing x now, it really is happening and I really am not imagining this and I really do exist' but much of the time I end up very much living in the present, unable to imagine the future and unable to properly remember the past and relate it to myself. I'm sorry you're going through this.

(((((((((((beadlady))))))))))))))

Perhaps it's time to take a break? Do you know what has triggered these feelings? Maybe T can help you get grounded if you are unable to do so on your own. Please take care and be safe.
