My pdoc and T... and I...have determined to do recent traumatic events.. that I have "shattered" once again...
That intergrations.. that had happened... are no longer... and that further shattering has taken place... We are not able to make a system map... of "me"... it is impossible...becuase.. of so much... shattering.... I am devastated.....is all I can say.... and very vunerable IRL... and have to work hard to keep me safe... |

I can see how upset you are, I'm very sorry you lost some of the integration that you had. Re- shattering must be awful and scary. I am not aware if I ever went through anything like that, I did split many times over and had some parts who's job was to generate parts to keep me and T from getting to the real areas that needed help. Please do not let this bowl you over. You have gotten healing before and you can again. Vent all you need to, I will listen as best I can. I know my situation with DID brings up all kinds of emotions and some confusion too. You are not finished with victory, triumphs or healing! Leslie/Pixies
