i had my first full-fledged panic attack in years tonite. it was horrible! i took 1/2 of a nerve pill (which i rarely do so 1/2 usually works good) and really started to panic when it wasn't helping and took the other 1/2.
i couldn't breathe. i couldn't  then pressure behind my ears and in my head and oh, ugh.i knew i'd been really nervous today and kind of triggery...then i saw something on t.v. involving c.a. and hubby left and i was alone and then boom. i'm glad it's over. i'm medicated now and feeling much better, but someone is really really upset. i'm going to encourage journaling tonite. thank you, kim

oh! i like the lam. i have one like that but it dont have no clothes on. that one is pretty. im gonna get mine now. ok. this nite is a scare nite. so i will hold lam close. i like the pretty pickters. sorry i dont no how to spell that word pickters. thank you.

I'm sorry you were upset. I hope you feel better. When I am upset, I like to color. Coloring is fun.

It's okay. You are very welcome! You will be safe. If you need to talk there are LOTS of nice people here to talk to. You are safe. Nothing bad is going to happen.

coloring is fun. i get my blanket too. my snowman one. its soft. very soft. its blue. its ok to stay here a little wile. i dont like to be a lone.

You're right. You are safe here. I have a blanket too! My grandma made it for me. I've used it so much it is falling apart. It is pink and white with hearts. It has silky stuff around the outside...I love to feel it.
What kind of coloring books do you like? I like princesses or Disney coloring books.

I like coloring, too.

thank you. your blanket is pretty and soft i bet. i got cayew and preshus moments. i have a big box of craons. i dont no how to spell those words. sorry. i like your toy box. its pretty. i like the clowds and stars on it to. i like your bears to. you are nice to me. im glad. its a scare nite. i dont like to be scared. you dont like to be scared to.

I know what you mean. I'm pretty good at guessing what people are trying to type. I grade kids papers all the time.
My blanket is soft. And torn. No one loves it like me. But it's mine. I have a BIG stuffed teddy bear by my fireplace. He loves hugs.

I don't like to be scared, either. i'm not scared so i will help you not be scared

Yep, I'm a teacher. I like the little kids. I like second graders and third graders and fourth graders. But if they are under 10 years old, I usually enjoy them.
I never grade bad. If someone misses a lot of answers I still write "good try" on the top of the paper. My bear is about as big as a 2 year old child.
