beads is messed up...........

getting out of d.v. situation and it is so stressful and difficult.................almost as bad as the relationship itself.............
DHS & CMH wont help.............we not am member of no church so that's out...........how we supposed to come up with the firswt mont h rent and deposit money when he took all uor money this month and put us in the hole to the tunof almost $700.00. beads only income is social security arrrrrrrrrrrrrrgggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhh pluws whatever we can make seliign beadwork..............we feel like we beating her head up against a brick wall but the bricks wont break and her head is calluosed.
and like to think we is in this situation yet AGAIN to begin with!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! stupid stupid stupid. cant believe we could not see the forest for the trees before we got into this relationship but once again we did not and so hear we are struggling to get OUT of it. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr hates beads rite now.beads is like gettiign to old far this crap ya know. cant han del it. uor hair is falling uot we has lost 50 pounds without trying and uor chrons disease is acting up badly.....what ??? stress??? no kiddin...................

Oh dear Beads -- The Dept. of Human Services CANNOT LET you live on the streets! They have GOT to help you somehow!!! Keep asking them HOW you are supposed to find money for the first months rent PLUS the deposit!

There are SUBSIDIZED HOUSING developments for people like you who cannot afford housing. They are based on how much you make! There should be something like that near you. And the DHS should see to it that YOU get a house like that! TALK TO them again! Ask them if there is housing available for someone who is on Social Security! There HAS to be.

subsidized housing would be great but their is just oen little hitch...........beads has outstadnign consumers energy bill (gas & electric on same bill) of like $600.00. this is not my fault. I pay my budget plan bill of $192.00 evry month. but I live in 40-year old trailer what is iimpossibel to heat. the way budget plan is set up I will amek up the difference over the summer months. but subsidized housing will no let me move in unless that bill iis paid in full first. Lee we gonna be lucky to come up with first month rent plus deposit. no way beadies can pay off lectric & gas bill too. not amed outta money. this really does suck. we in way over our head hear........................................

In subsidized housing the heat and gas are PAID for you, from what I understand! I shouldn't think that that would make a difference would it?? Maybe it does, but I don't see how. If the government is PAYING for the heat and lights, what do they even have to know that you're in the apartments???

I don't understand all this. Talk to DHS again and see what they say. You MIGHT not have to pay all that IF YOU HAVEN'T GOT IT!!! Some people just plain don't have it! I dont see how they can throw people out into the streets because they don't have money! Talk to them again and see what happens. Maybe it's a lost cause. I don't know. Are there any shelters around you? That's better than nothing I guess. I know they're pretty bad, but it's better than being on the streets, where you'll get mugged, or worse!

A shelter isn't the worst thing in the world. Sorry to hear you're going through this right now. Are there cheap hotels/motels where you live? What about the YMCA?

beads will most likely nnot go thru that route..........shelters are like so stressful on beads becuz of all the commotion...........we looking to cut down on our stress............also cant handle moveing twiced much less find ppls. to help....................we do appreceiate all of ye all's suggestions,,,,,,,,,,have not totally ruled out womens shelter as last resoert ......but we r hopeign that with this PC funds drive it will be enuf to help us get our foot in the door where we want to go..THEY don't expect us to pay entire electric bill it aint subsidozd housign

Ya know that outstanding electric bill to the tuen of $610.00..........copnsumers energy wiped it out.......entirely.......they said that it was due to a computer error and beads does not owe it. All we owe is $191.99,,,,,,about our reg. monthly pmt.

Well thank u very much SV!!!!! Beads spent the day at home alone and shared a can of ravioli with service doggie Boo. we pretty much just vegetated and did a little bit of beadwork too. Not a bad day really. Hope u had a good day today!
