Having a few problems. Aches and pains, swelling, peeing lots, tummy cramps, etc. I even ate a small brownie and an hour or so later a few skittles and part of it came up. Anyone else experienced this? I know to keep things light and frequent, but I'm trying.

Ehh, that's a good link. When starting to eat again from a period of not so much food, make it easy on you and your body. Ease into eating. Eat soup and stuff that's easy on your stomach. Eat small amounts in the day spread out evenly.

*hug* Keep up with the good work honey.
