Well the good news is my ankle is healing up good. I can even drive without it hurting now.
My anorexia on the other hand..... ![]() I really am trying this is just so hard. Every time I gain a pound I freak out and lose 2. If I could exercise I would feel a little better. I could convice myself it was muscle weight I was gaining. Another problem I am having is that sometimes I will eat and it wil just come right back up. I am not doing it purposly I just can't keep it down. *Sigh* Nicole

What about some LIGHT, keyword, light, arm type exersizes until your ankle heals up? And it sounds like some light walking to your ankle could do it some good at this point?
Every little bit counts, so don't cound the small things. Just concentrate and do what you can. Over time, it gets easier, I promise. Throw out your friggin' scale girl! It isn't going to help you while you're trying to eat better. I dunno. Sorry, I'm not so smart today. I don't got anything useful to really tell ya, except *hug*.
