i have numb feet and lower legs and sometimes when you think you are putting your feet down correctly while walking you arent and you sprain your ankle and dont realize it pain wise because they are numb..which is what ive just done and now my ankle is badly swollen........ Ive fallen and broken my ankle before and sprained them many times. im afraid that long term my ankles will just break down and i wont be able to walk. i have peripheral neuropathy.

Hey Joe,

That must be a real worry in the longterm.

Do you have an ice bag on your angle now, and is it elevated?

Wishing you a quick recovery -

Keep us posted.

hon maybe you can get your dr to give some kind of ankle braces for when you are walking around? something to support your ankles maybe.
