I'm 12 years old - I eat one meal a day.
I also try to make it as small as possible.
I only eat dinner, because that's the only time I eat with me family - during the day, I just pretend I ate.
Eating makes me feel gross and fat.
I want to be skinny.
Any support or advice would be helpful X3

Sounds like a therapist might be beneficial.

Take good care.

I bet you are just beautiful, but all the people in the world can tell you that but you have to believe it yourself. I am so terribly sorry that our society thinks thin/skinny is the" in" thing. Its not.......I would talk to your counselor at school if you feel comfortable.
Many hugs from me;

Your so young! your body hasnt even begun to grow, youll stunt your growth and put yourself and very early risk for a number of serious health complications. Your seriously playing with fire. Talk to someone FAST!!!! RUN DO NOT STOP TO COLLECT THE 200 DOLLARS just get somewhere even if you have to go into treatment. I wish there had been something like this when i was your age and i had enough courage to say something but i didnt. i am speaking from experience, I waas a gymnast and thrown into a world of anorexia at a very tender age and am now 38 and still stuck in this horrible disease with irreversable damages to by bomes, stomach, intestines, kidneys and heart. Listen to someone who herself had to lean the long hard way. this is not the road you want to travel. Please get help. I add you as a contat and you can ask me anything. Im praying for you!!!!!

I know how you feel, but please don't let it go any farther. Get some professional help, whether from a guidance counselor or a T or a pdoc or whoever. Just don't go down that road

Don't feel like I have the right to talk, but eventually friends and parents will find out. It's easier if you are honest with them now. Trust the others, get help now. Many of us have done irreversible damage to our bodies and in the end, no matter how skinny you get, you will still feel fat and ugly without treatment.
