I don't need you to tell me what I should or shouldn't do, ok.
No time to eat ok. Far more important things going on in my life to eat. No time to drink anything either. Doesn't matter. Don't you lecture me! Yes I nearly fainted the other day, got too much to do, no time to eat. Yes, life is too much right now, thank you for the compliment on the loss of weight. Got control of something in my life, hooray!!

Been there too......Understand the feelings.
Actually took several years to get past those feelings both times it happened. Luckily I survived all the central lines & the IV nutritions. They say that emotions pass like waves (thus says my DBT).....thinking that those weren't just normal waves but more like tsunami's. Most waves pass normally...but there are those that leave some level of mess behind them.

Let me preface this with
and I'm not lecturing (I'm in no place to lecture as I'm slipping as well)I get your feelings and I know we all post on PC just to mind vomit a bit (myself included) because we just need to put it out there and we don't even know what we want to hear, BUT if you don't want someone to reach out and tell you to take care of yourself, why post on a site where that's what we all do? Perhaps you want a little something? Then again, maybe not. Maybe I'm just desperately looking for some subconscious cues and am deluding myself. If that's the case I'm sorry. Not telling you to eat. (not exactly advising against it either, though.....) Wishing you the best life can offer and wondering if cold and exhaustion and calorie obsession provides that. Not a lecture! Trust me I'm in no position to lecture. |
