The milkshakes I'm talking about don't use a substitute for the ice cream. They're basically milk, sugar, and vanilla. Obviously, it's not as good as with ice cream, but it's good. Eating it All - ( sad )

I do the slimfast shakes from the powder, and doctor them up. Add ice cubes, a banana, sometimes peanut butter if I know I need the protein. Mix it all in the blender with the slimfast powder and milk. Not bad.

You could probably throw in some ice cubes with other milkshakes made without ice cream too. Most blenders have a setting to chop up ice, and it will make the shake thicker and colder.

I don't drink (or eat) the diet and nutrition stuff, but thanks. I did drink Boost for a while a couple of years ago. That's pretty good.

I like fresh-made banana milkshakes, made with real bananas.
