Starting the process of letting go of a hurtful relationship and its been a huge trigger for me to shut down emotionally and leaning on my ED to support me.

Things been very hard lately. Thoughts of how, when and what I eat, should I eat, do I deserve to eat, right is the right time to eat and then purge later. I hate these constant thoughts that run through my mind like a virus.

Facing these emotions is so hard. Eating my emotions, starving my emotions and throwing my emotions down the gutter is my struggle

Do you have anyone in real life to support you?

I have one friend and then I drop by the walk in clinics that provides therapy when I am so overwhelmed. I dont have a therapist because they only accept private insurance.

My friend doesn't know how to help me because this ED is so hard to understand but my friend tries to help in anyway.

I understand what you are going through. It is so hard.

I am glad you have that walk-in clinic, and a friend, even if she doesn't know exactly what to do to help...

I don't have any advice or anything but I wanted you to know I am thinking of you.

Dealing with an ED is hard. Especially when you don't have someone who knows how to help. I used to be actively ED'd. I still struggle. But talking with someone about it has helped. If you ever want someone to talk to, I'm sure I can offer a sympathetic, understanding ear.
