She also told me that there is still room to grow. Today I tried on my summer shorts and had about 4 pair that don't fit. I got rid of them. Shorts that were too big last year fit perfectly now. This is also the first time in 2 years that I have had a "cushion", where if I were to lose a little weight it would not put me in the danger zone.
SO HAPPY FOR YOU. And honestly, I was just thinking of you! I was thinking how much I miss the camaraderie of this board. I do well for a while, then slide and cannot talk to anyone IRL. But this board has been so quiet that I don't want to post and get no response. That would be awful.

Sigh, I just can't stop restricting. I feel I'm letting my psychologist and dietician down. They're going to go through me when I see them again. I'm just so anxious and depressed I need the restriction to give me some sort of happiness.

That is such good news buttrfli. It is related to the stress going on in your life also. I have been at a safe weight for a few years now & it does feel good. I was eating a bunch too much junk food I quit eating & that weight is going away....that was good to know it wasn't stuck there & summer always is more active with all the farm work & activities. Feels good to feel good & be healthy. Went to a health fair at our little towns hospital. Blood work great except white count a little low....amazing with all the bad stuff I've done to my body with anorexia & OD's trying to end my life in the 90's that I could be this healthy now....even bone density is good.

What has triggered your relaps?

These things happen sometimes tifferific. Try not to be hard on yourself. Do you know the things you need to do to get you back on track? Tomorrow can be a new beginning for you. Relapse happens to the best of us. Try and do something good for yourself.

My relapse...is caused by my lack of no choice in not being able to work in a year. I have no value.

Each post is a rectangle. in the lower-right-hand corner of each post is a button that says "Hugs". If you click on that, you will give hugs at the bottom of that specific post. Same thing with the button that says "Thanks".
