Cat...hi poppet...I'm sorry you're feeling so low. First off, I would question a website telling you that you are overweight and need to lose weight. Unless you are specifically told by your doctor that you need to drop a few pounds, then I would absolutely not worry about it. Please take care of yourself and talk to me if you need to. Try not to let this get you down too much.

Do not worry about that and just eat protein and get muscle. That is what is the best! I have lots of muscle and wear petite and slim. Soy and protein shakes are great, fresh foods and things like power and balence bars taste great, are great, you look great although the prices can be a bit high. It is well worth it and you live longer! So stop worrying because protein sucks the fat right off you and you look and are great. If you are like me and bicycle & climb a lot then it also can come of help there. Give it a try today!

Cat, you're lucky to have a supportive husband.
I 'm sure you will work this out.
You seem to have a good head on your shoulders and know the difference between rational and irrational behavior.
I know things will work out for you.

Just always remember that it isn't about your weight it is about how you look an feel, if people are telling you that you are thin, then you are. Just don't worry you are not alone, just don't listen to those sites most are inaccurate.

I know that site was wrong to say that & with the help & support from every one on here I have tryed not to take to much of it to heart but it we hard to have that then a few days later have a friend tell me that I had put on weight even though she was saying that I looked good for it so at the moment I have gone back a bit in progress but I will get back to were I was
