It's very serious. You need to tell your parents or a trusted adult right away.

You need professional support.

You have to want to get better. People can tell you until you are blue in the face that you have an eating disorder, but no one can do anything about it except for you. Good luck to you with whatever you decide to do. There are consequences to every choice we make, good and bad. From experience, I can tell you that there are more bad ones for continuing on this path. Hopefully you will choose to make changes that will benefit your body instead of harming. It's up to you either way. Good luck to you.

lukey u need to get help...this is nothing to be playing around with...having read ur last couple of posts, i have to say that i was dabbling around in stuff not too different from what ur doing now when i was only 8, and i ended up with a severe case of anorexia when i was in my late teens. many people descend down that path a lot quicker than i did. continuing on like this will be havoc on your body, and at the end of the day what do u get from it? u r skinny...whoop-de-doo...take from someone who could have died from all this, it's not worth it. it won't make the pain go away, it'll just make it worse...this is not the answer to whatever ur facing. Again , please get help

I know when I wasn't eating & then I would try to eat, I would feel nausea. The nausea was causing me not to eat because I can't stand to throw up. So any time I feel nausea, I don't eat. That could be why you are throwing up after not eating.....rather than it being bulimia.

What ever is going on, you have a problem that needs professional help & your parents need to be the ones to get you the help you need......but you need to be open to the help & want it for it to do any good.

You are harming your body in the future if you get that far......that is a consequence that you will more than regret when it happens.......You need help with your body image....from what you have said......12 years old & 83 pounds....is definitely being anemic. I am surprised that you aren't passing out all the time.....I know when I was at that point, that was what was happening to me.

You need help....& you need to want help,
Debbie

I' can understand what you are going through. I went through the same thing when I was a teenager. My mum found out a while later and she took me straight to the doctors. The doctor said that if I didn't stop I would ruin my body and maybe not even be able to have children. That really scared me. I did stop. I have 3 lovely children. Two boys and a girl and they are all fit and healthy. The boys are 19 and 16 years old and my daughter is 17.
Problem is that at the time that I was doing that I was not fat, but I felt as if I was, now though I am overweight and that is because of what I did when I was younger. I tried all diets, and the more I lost weight the more I'd put on afterwards. I advice you to eat healthy foods and please try to stop what you are doing.

Take care Lukey
