Okay for the last couple of months I have been going through a very stressful period and I have been rather depressed and I have turned to comfort eating and it's got rather addictive and repetitive. I turn to food to relieve how bad I am feeling mentally and emotionally. I have troed to stop and go into healthy eating but then suddenly end up back into restricting and cycle just repeats.
I have tried absolutely everything to stop this from happening yet nothing seems to work, please help I don't want end up obese. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatabbrdf V M. Md |

I think you would have to start at the grocery store. Make a list of things you actually need without any junk food. Stick to the list at the store. Don't buy those things you are most likely to snack on. If they are not in the house you can't eat them. Unfortunately for me my husband does the shopping and he can pass the sweets isle without picking something up. I try to tell myself those are his and I can eat his food. It works most of the time. Good. luck. :heart.
