Ah, trying diet pills-

- from the internet cause I hate myself and want to see about getting skinnier. I kind of hope they work or something. I'm also just gonna go low pretty much everything I think. I've cut out meat and now I want to cut out the bread and just eat like lettuce and a few peanuts. It seems like this will be the only way I can get lower since I've been stuck at my current weight. I have to cut everything out. A diet of sunshine and water.

I hate being me. I feel incredibly ugly and unlovable.

I put myself into liver failure from metabolife and gave myself permanent heart damage from over the counter ipecac syrup. Most diet pills are either illegal ephedra or the Chinese stimulant ma huang, which is essentially ephedra or caffeine or taurine or phenterimine or laxatives, so not only are you likely getting ripped off, which is besides the point, all of these can cause heart arrhythmias, high blood pressure, liver damage etc. An eating disorder is hell. Don't invite one in.

I got these coming from amazon and they don't have ma huang. I'm just taking to get a boost.

I want to try two different ones but my doctor my medical one absolutely does not want me to be on them maybe my t might be ok with it ?

Well I don't think the ones on amazon are really doing anything. I think I do like these tea ones I got from the health store though. A mix of green/white/black tea.

Your T is most likely not a medical doctor, you should listen to your M.D.s medical advice, and he seems to not want you to be on them, try to keep in mind even if you "feel" overweight and really want to try diet pills, your doctor has your best interest at heart.

Last year I bought a bottle of Garcinia Cambogia. Not sure if it works. I only took it for a few days. Maybe I should try it again.

Much better NOT to use any of those kinds of things.....only to regret it later on in life when you end up with all kinds of medical problems you wished you didn't have....

Regrets usually never show up at the time....but definitely do later on in life....don't mess with them now so you won't have regrets later.
