I started to pick up the pace and eat better again. I just eat very little but I eat. Nonfat or one percent milk is good. anyway, just get nurishment. You don't have to eat the way other people do. Eat peanuts and rasins, and dried fruits. Eat canned fish to keep yourself well and going and in a good mood. Just feed yourself things to keep well and healthy. I can't understand how people say they have an eating disorder when there are so so many choices for nurishment. Why do people want to not take care of themselves by refusing to bite any food what so ever at all for days and days and days. Get over it and treat yourself like a human being. People Must nurish themselves with things, peroid. Keep eating food to stay in good brain and body health. There are books out there too on alternative ways to eat besides meat and potatoes.

Sure I don't do too well with going out to meals wiith social folds at fast-food or even plain type resturants but I do keep staying well by eating what is healthy for me. I haven't kept a home scale since I moved away from home a long time ago.

Also, what is the defination of meals? Eat good life sustaining snacks but eat them and keep eating snacks to keep going. Simple stated and not too hard to understand the defination of nurish oneself. Make a wonderful successful happy time for oneself and take up interests that you enjoy, hobbies and such. We are way way more than a physical body and can easily transend this box way of treating oneself.

51 snacks a week would be not enough! Please don't take it like I am harping Freewill but it is not as complicated to do this as I make it to be many times I feel the same way that you do. I just logically also want to say that it is ok to eat food often and not even be bloated. I am sorry for sounding like a military person. Please forgive me but I want to start to be more realistic about food and make it lesser important and make dieting less important. I just wanted to share with the board that there was a way I found to be very happy with my eating disorder at times when I am paying attention to what I just shared. I too easily forget when I feel bloated or forced to eat with others food that I hate.
