I'm not sure what to do with myself. I've lost a great amount of weight and kept most of it off. Then I've been on diet pills and hcg shots. So I just recently lost a decent amount of weight with my hcg shots. I just finished them a few days ago and I'm afraid of my weight going up. Now I've incorporated running into my routine and I also go to the gym. I'm just trying to keep the weight off. I was last 158 and now I'm 143 lb today with muscle. I weight lift as well but j want my abs to show and have muscle as well. I found out that an Atkins diet is best for me with diet pills and running every day. I'm on a therapy break and that's ok because my T doesn't care about my population anyway. Unless your a teen she doesn't care. I've been having cravings and I'm super hungry but I need to workout in order to lose and not gain. It's all complicated and frustrating. It gets to the point that I don't want to eat and I convince myself to have low calories low carb protein shakes instead. I usually just mix it with water and down the hatch it goes. It's an all day struggle. Then after all of that I better lose more weight.

Hello Sarmas: The Skeezyks doesn't really know much about this sort of thing. But I saw that no one had replied to your post. So I thought I would. I'm an older person... much older than you I presume... But I know what you mean about therapists not caring unless you're a teen. Once you get to be my age no one cares!

I don't do a lot of exercising. Mostly I just walk. I do keep my weight down toward the bottom of the normal BMI range for my height & gender. Actually, at the moment, I may be even a bit below the normal range. I weigh myself every day. And if I see myself starting to gain weight, I cut back. I don't have an eating disorder. But I am pretty compulsive about keeping my weight just as low as I can. I'm pretty-much hungry all the time. But I've just taught myself to ignore it.
Thanks for this!

Im at that point as well. I look at the scale every morning to make sure that it goes down rather than go up. It's frustrating. I'm always hungry as well in what I'm having now. I saw someone at the supermarket yesterday and we were talking diet and now I feel like I have to cut out more. It's not easy.
