Just thought I would start a thread for all of us with an Eating Disorder of any kind and those who wish to support us, too.
It is Wednesday July 20, 2016 I'll start: I am up early and just had my food. It was good, too. I had some veggies and tofu that I steamed. I have ordered some Oriental Spice which is very good on veggies. I hope to get it soon from Amazon. My weight has been fluctuating but thankfully I am on the right path with it now. That can always change but it's good to feel good about where I am right now. |

I'm struggling, too. Just trying to get by one day at a time. Seems easier when the new day starts and I know I have another chance to do better. Got a little bit of cleaning done. All the best to all of you!

It's July 28, Thursday. I'm having to adjust to the Topamax all over again because I was out of it for 5 days. Trying to listen to my body and eat when I actually really feel hunger feelings. Also trying to keep hydrated by drinking lots of water.

Still trying to adjust to Topamax. Slept a lot today. My eating has not been going to well. Tomorrow is another day, oh well

30 TH july saturday
I Have had breakfast banana and coffee lots of coffee ...i guess thats ok Unsure what else to have i hate cereal and i dont like milk i guess i should try and eat more but am worried am being a pig for eating a banana ![]()

I have a problem with overeating. Like, two days ago I ate a taco and fried potatoes. I felt very nauseous and sick. After I eat, I often throw up because I eat to much. I don't make myself throw up, I just do. I have been trying really hard to lose weight. I usually eat a piece of toast with peanut butter for breakfast. I have to eat breakfast because I need to take my schizophrenia meds. I have been trying to only eat breakfast.

just had dinner rice and veggie curry it was nice
going to my mums tomorrow unsure she gets that am a veggie as she keeps saying you can eat fish cant you ![]()

Trying to eat one meal a day plus a fruit. I don't seem to feel very hungry now. Trying to eat for fuel, to keep me going. I am not an active person so I don't need to eat much.

Maybe that is what it is. But sometimes I am nauseated after I eat breakfast. I have been trying to wait an hour before I brush my teeth.

Had some BK food today. I didn't really care for what I had. It was sausage egg and cheese croissant. It just seemed so heavy to eat. I often eat vegetarian so maybe that's why it seemed not so good.

Today is Tues, Aug 2. I have only had a banana so far today. Think I will have some more of what I made the other day-broccoli, potatoes, and tofu. Today is a new day. Ended up not doing so good yesterday but that is over with. In life we don't have all good days or at least I don't.

Today I have had a piece of toast with peanut butter. I might eat some zucchini tonight. Yesterday, I ate a ramen soup and felt sick this morning.

Yesterday I think my eating wasn't too off. Can't recall if I had breakfast or not, though. Oh well. Decided I am not going to weigh myself every day any more. It only makes me depressed that I'm not losing faster. I think once a week will be better. I wonder if I should make it longer than that like once every 2 weeks? I'll see. I am about fifty five pounds over the normal weight for my height. I'm finding it so hard to lose and the big reason is that I drink wine, too.
