freewill, please, please tell your T...maybe your T can help you work through some of this. I know it will be difficult to share why this has started again...but, you need to get help with it. My thoughts are with you.

ah tell your therapist. I haven't read your post yet but I am going to. I miss you and hope that you get the help you need. I am rooting for you, your stronger than ED.
