Anyone else have a thing they look down at their bodies and have a totally different perception vs looking in a mirror vs seeing your reflection in the window of a building vs whatever other reflective surfaces there might be?

Yeah, I do. And especially with seeing myself in pictures too. I think it’s a common thing with EDs. My perception of my body is always skewed from the reality.
