...and frustrating!
I am trying to loose weight for the sake of my health (...and that prom is coming up) and whenever I'm at my mom's house or at school I'm really good at making watching what I eat, but whenever I get home it all falls apart and I over eat and is messes up my entire day! It's so hard! It's so hard!

Whats your eating attitude like anyways?

It seems like your just trying to look good for trhe prom, but even healthy eating requires the regular 3 meals a day. is ur mum tryin 2 make u eat right and healthily? or have you had this tendancy to lose weight for a while?

Write back, BABYG XXX

I know how you feel. I have to lose weight for my health too. It can be a vicious circle. I also realize that I can continue, and keep trying. Everyday is a new start. You have to know that you are not alone. I do not focus on my past mistakes, I always look ahead, because regret is a useless emotion. Keep trying, it will stick one of these days.
