Recovering overeater!

Happy Monday, all!

I also posted this in the Anxiety forum-I am seeking to recover from overeating-it's a VERY FINE LINE between satisfied and miserable.

I've lost 13 lb. since March and want to lose 29 more-I'm 5'4 1/2" and currently weight 149 1/2. I'm only going to weigh myself once a momth.

I bought THE WRITING DIET last week and it seems like a good tool so far.-I'd recommend it.

Thoughts appreciated on how to handle those AM cravings!

OC

perhaps... eating a protein - like peanut butter without sugar (natural) from Smuckers.. on whole grain toast... or on whole wheat crackers.. would help.. the lack of sugar... and the peanut butter lasts along time..because of protein...

almond butter - which is like "peanut butter".. in a jar... nautral.. without.. sugar ---- on whole wheat crackers... gives you magnesium...and protein... staying power...

eggs fried in no-stick pan... on whole grain toast.. deiveled eggs made with light mircle whip.. the protein...helps to keep sugar level...
whole boiled egg...

perhaps a calcium/magnesium/vit D supplement in correct ratio... if you are able to this - helps.. with weight loss.. and sleep....

Kefirs... cultured organic yougurt... has a lot of protein..probotics...calcium...comes in a quart container... drinkable..

Special K cereal.. with 1/2 cup of skim milk... gives you.. your vit for the day.. plus protein.. and calcium... 100 caleries for 3/4 c of cereal... and you could eat it dry...

If I get up in the night I use to just do a banana or cottage cheese or yogurt. Now I'm having trouble with most of what I eat so have to pay attention to what it is and when I'm eating it, when my meds are (and what they are), etc.
