Okay, i've known this forever, but it just occurred to me: we all feel there is something wrong with our bodies, but did anyone notice that our problems is not in the "MENTAL" disorder category. I've been told over and over that i need to fix my MIND before i can fix myself but i've been trying to get there by making myself "HEALTHY". This increased need to be "HEALTHY" has made me more aware of what I eat and what i dont eat. It also makes me more aware of how much i'm eating, which only makes me DEPRESSED because i've failed at being "HEALTHY". So in trying to get better, i'm essentially getting worse. How the hell is this so hard? I wake up every morning feeling normal until food is involved, then i'm automatically sick. It's not a physical sickness, we're not sick because were too skinny or too fat. we're sick because we're not content with our bodies and we think they need improvement.

The mind and the body are much more closely connected than Western medicine has traditionally said they are. I'm not sure how to answer your questions, but I sure can feel your pain and frustration. I hope that you can find the way to get better without getting worse. I think that it might necessitate working on the mind and on being healthy, both at the same time.
