The past 2 days i have been going pretty well. no big binges, no purges, and there's been lots of sunshine so ive spent alot of time outside enjoying the weather.

I think my problem is being at home.. Home has all of my trigger foods and home is where it all began, where i feel comfortable over-indulging. I dont want to move out, but im so discouraged with myself tonight and frusterated i feel like the only way i can help myself is to avoid where things get the worst..

i read somewhere that one person didnt start getting better until he/she moved away from home.. maybe i need to do the same? what do you think..

Hey ((((((((wishfulmuscle))))))))))

I know I never decided to seek help for my depression and SIng and all the other stuff until I moved into residence at my university and away from my family... so it might work, unless you bring all the stuff that currently makes your current environment what it is into a new place.

Good luck with whatever you decide!
