SO. Here's my update!

The past 2 days have been great. no binge, or purge, or lax.
Then i came home today, and my mother had made brownies.
Totally binged. Brownies and Bowl Movements and then laxed (the good news, no purge Brownies and Bowl Movements
But still so frusterating!

I took swimming lessons and had my technique critiqued, and am now going to be training to take the lifeguard course, so ive got a new goal to help me with my food goals.

Now to the bowl movement part of this blog.
The 2 days i was being good, i ate healthy, and 4-5 small meals both days, and drank plenty of water.
And today, I took a poop! A real poop, not a laxative induced, but a real bowl movement my body created.
Its a great sign for me, and a great motivation to know i havent done too much damage to my colon yet.

Im sorry to be gross and completely cross the personal line with that, but i was overwhelmed with joy over such a little sign, i needed to share.

Sorry if anyone got an uneasy stomache or a craving for brownies

well folks, there it is...a perfect illustration that it's all in your perspective! Happiness IS relative, and certainly no less meaningful to the individual. I'm very proud for you (sincerely) and I want to encourage you to celebrate any "movement" in a positive direction!

Not gross, it's real. And it's very important to you. It's great that this made you feel excited and proud of your efforts to reach your goals! Congrats!!
