i want to eat properly.. i really do... but %#@&#! %#@&#! %#@&#!.... stupid hormonal cycle has me eating TOO much... happens every time. Salt foods. i'm like a frickin' cow needing a salt lick. blankity-blank hormonal cycle

im all bloated and gross and oh god it's hard to not dwell on it.. hard to make myself think that it's just water.. so hard. i even did the unthinkable.. i threw up in the multi-stall bathroom at work. blankity-blank hormonal cycle

the only thing that I can say is that if it is hormonal, it will pass.
I have an IUD so I dont get my period, but when I did, I used to get so bloated without even eating the salt. It is temporary. I know it is hard to endure, but hang in there. And drink water to flush the salt through your system.

Hormones are the worst. Be gentle with yourself. You have a lot going on right now. blankity-blank hormonal cycle
