ok ... ever since I can remember I have been on a diet of some kind or another. I'll lost 15 pounds then gain it back. I've tried every diet known to man plus diet pills . I can't stand the thought of vomiting or I'd probably try that too. I'm 5'4" and I weight about 210 lbs. Now for some that may not be excessive but for me it's horrid.... any ideas? how can I stop this? I've been in a gym, I've tried weight watchers and I've talked to doctors about the surgeries but fall under the guidelines and I'm not willing to gain more weight just to have the surgery.

Hi again... thought I'd respond to your post here. I wish I knew exactly how to help... have you talked to your doctors about other (healthy) options to lose the weight? I know for some it can be useful to count calories, but it's not for everyone especially if you're prone to "yo-yo dieting" or crash dieting. What about talking to a dietitian? Is there a medical reason for your weight issues?
