When my T asked about me losing weight, I told him "nothing major". Nothing major in that case was actually 10 pounds. BUT! I gained a few back after a really stressful weekend. So does that make it good? Is 10 pounds anything major even if I hadn't gained a few of it back?

I think it's major! It also depends on how much you weighed in the first place and how long it took to lose the weight, but I think that that is quite a bit of weight no matter what. My dietitian has told me the very same thing, even about a 5 pound drop over two weeks.
