hey ya'll! I've never posted in this forum before-but I'm starting a journey towards a new lifestyle-one that will focus on weight loss, mental health and spiritual health. I'm going to be doing a blog and a video journal throughout the first year of the process...I'm really excited : ) I NEED to lose this weight and start taking care of my body!! I'm starting to be uncomfortable where I'm at in all areas of my life-especially my weight! I gained a lot when I was on my anti-depressant-but I'm off of that now and I need to get my act together-I want to be healthy enough to have a baby in the future-and right now some of my hormone levels are sometimes messed up because I get to heavy. I'm working towards being 100 lbs lighter in one year. Anyways-just wanted to share! I'm sure I will be doing some updates in here! I hope everyone is dong well on their own journeys : )

Good luck! I'm also doing one too but I easily get unmotivated xD but I'm doing my best to continue :P!

I respect you, because I have given up on diets. Seems like every time I go off one, I gain anywhere between 5 and 10 pounds. So, I am trying exercise. I walked 3 miles yesterday and will do four miles today. Hopefully, this will help me become a smaller size.
