My solution to that is the reclining stomach crunch: while youre lying on the couch watching tv, you can tighten your abs in place. Dont let your bag of chips bounce off your tummy tho!

I love the ICE brand of zero calories drinks. They're bubbly like a soda and fruit flavored. It's nice.

Sticking to a pretty balanced diet as my previous one was way too restrictive. Tonight's dinner is steak and potatoes followed by a heavy leg day at the gym tomorrow.
Thanks for this!

And I'm back at trying to eat healthier starting today. I surprisingly didn't gain weight over the holidays so I'm at an even 235lbs. My goal is to lose 50lbs this year

Don't give in! I'm cheering for you. Try to run, or at least walk for half and hour per day. It's not that much!

Getting back into healthy-ness. Worked out at the gym twice so far this week. Will do my next workout on Friday. Eating moderately healthy - lunch is the biggest hurdle for me. Thinking of starting to do burrito bowls and quinoa or couscous salads. We'll see.
Thanks for this!

I'm back! Have had a lot going on, still do. I am however determined now to lose weight, I have lots of fruit in the house and am going to try my hardest.

Thanks!

I managed to eat healthy yesterday and today, have had lots of fruit and water too. I got a yoga dvd and a Jillian Micheals workout dvd but I need a mat for both of them and I need a brick and strap for the yoga.

I'm just going to focus on eating better for right now, I'll work my way up to exercising

Yes one thing at a time. Good focus.

I talked to a nutritionist today, we are going to start working together on February 1st. Looking forward to having some direction and accountability. My favorite thing she said was that eating healthy isn't about restricting certain food groups, but keeping everything in balance.
Thanks for this!

I like to think of exercise as a snowball effect - just a little at a time slowly builds into a great fitness routine. Keep lifting your weights!

I binged on kettle corn today. Almost ate the entire bag in one sitting. I feel ashamed and I'm still hungry lol. So not worth it. But I just couldn't stop it was so good. I don't know what came over me.
