MFP calories 1240 total. Apple Watch steps 3,858. Water intake 50.7oz. It’s really cold and I now have a cold I’ve been inside as much as possible....aside from walking my dog.

Didn't get anything done today or on the Easter long weekend, other than walking the dog.

Went to a slow class yesterday (Monday) and did interval stuff on my own just before that.

It's been another mostly horrible week, but I got exercise done on some days.

Nothing on Tuesday.

On Wednesday I felt tormented (frankly) but rowed to try and mitigate some of the overwhelming distress. That was unbelievably hard.

Somehow I dragged myself to class on Thursday despite desperately not wanting to go. I even managed to put on my "I'm a normal functional adult" face and chat with people. It helped.

Nothing Friday or today. Maybe tomorrow.

MFP calories 733 total. Water intake 50.7oz. I was feeling bad from my allergies so I slept in late. My daughter walked our dog. Right now I can not take any allergy medicine because I’m about to be tested next week. I have to go 7 days without certain medicines. I have hives so I come not wear my Apple Watch.

I did some odds and ends on Sunday (wrists, legs, just one core exercise )

I got to stretch class today and worked on that troublesome hip, but wasn't early enough to do any pre-class exercise in the track area.

(Coco: ugh -- having to put up with the hives )
Thanks for this!

Rowed today in the nice weather.

After falling off the wagon ... and watching the wagon go over the horizon ... and off into the next township ....

Well, I feel much better about finally getting my act together again today.

(I still don't know where the old wagon got to, but I'll just use this new one )

That's awesome.

Right now, I'm not in the headspace for it, but really, doing things everyday, even when you don't want to, is helpful and inspiring to hear about (and do). I do this in the morning with brushing my teeth and meditating.

Despite the fact that this is my thread, I haven't gotten to a habitual place where I'm exercising daily yet. I'm ok with this right now. Just going with the flow.

For those who are more motivated, about exercise (or if there's something else you're wanting to work on), I saw this:

Daily Exercise

I did various exercises outside yesterday, which was a very nice change. Mostly legs and core.

We did some stuff in class today that we haven't done in a while. That was uncomfortable. Yeah, I'm going to stick with "uncomfortable".

I also arrived early so I could do my interval walking, running, stairs routine.

Going from that to sign-in at the desk, I passed some teens slouching in the lounge chairs doing nothing and a couple of staff also on their behinds eating junk food snacks. I felt righteous.
Thanks for this!
