Rowed again yesterday. Paced myself better than usual in class today, which felt much better while still getting fatigued, sweaty and feeling like it's worth the travel and effort.

Dog walking is normally not worth reporting ... but mud everywhere the last few days. Oh well, the dog is happy.

Rowed on Sunday.

I just could not get to sleep that night and got about an hour actual sleep. So no exercise on Monday.

I did steps, squats, something-I've-forgotten-the-name-of-but-works-calves, and walking today.
Thanks for this!

Aww. Both of you get it huh? I get allergies too. Although not yet. It starts around mid-spring and lasts until the first frost. Mine are pollens, grasses, trees, hayfever -- you know -- nature.

I get generally run down, some mucus, my eyes itch and burn badly ... and for added fun I get itches inside my head in places that can't be reached.

I take over-the-counter antihistamine pills, and that prescription stuff you squirt up your nose when it gets bad. That keeps it in check. I have a suspicion that the vigorous exercise might actually help a little long term as well. But I can't really know that.

Which brings us to ...

Rowing yesterday.

Walking, light warm-up jogging, then interval running up and down stairs at the track today, followed by Gumby class (stretching and rolling).

Skipped Tuesday. Rowed Wednesday. Felt I pushed a good amount today in class.

Coco, you're doing so well with your continued diet. I've never counted calories, but I have an idea what 1000 calories is like. I've found sawdust starts to look appealing to me at much higher calorie intakes. I'm impressed.

Oh, and I hope your daughter feels better soon.
