I was 154.2 today. I thought I would be 153 something because I had around 1100 calories yesterday but I think I had a lot of sodium too. I think my calculator is saying 1,142 for today. I’m not 100% sure. It might be 100 calories or so over. Which isn’t a big deal.

I weighed last night. I was about to hop in the shower, had just eaten late, after paddling SUP for 10 miles. I was 158. I am sure I was pretty dehydrated as i only drank one 16 ounce bottle of water while paddling, but I am still managing to avoid seeing 160 on the scale. Going to the gym tonight. Planning another long paddle on Saturday if all goes well.

I was 152.8 yesterday. I didn’t weigh myself today. So far I’ve had 3 Eggo pancakes which had 280 calories. 3 tablespoons of Reese’s whipped cream which had 45 calories, a Johnsville brat without a bun that had 260 calories, a bison burger without a bun that had 240 calories, and a very small package of caramel corn that had 56 calories (Japanese packaging). My calculator says 866 calories. I’m obviously pretty full from my Mothers Day BBQ. I was just going to have some ramen for dinner which has 320 calories. My total for the day will be just over 1200 calories.

I was avoiding getting on the scale because I feared it would read 160, but I decided to face the music and weight his morning. I was 157. Really bouncing around lately.

I've still been just trying to maintain small lifestyle changes over time, and I'm seeing the scale nudge down some more. Today I put on this dress that I bought back in like September that I bought online, and when it came in, I couldn't zip it up. But today it zipped up like there was no problem. That was very exciting and validating. I do see the number on the scale changing but it kind of made it real that something that distinctly didn't fit before now fits. Definitely good motivation to keep going and stay on track!

Weight loss stalled again,Can't stick to 1200 cals a day,it's not enough food,I end up overeating cos I am so hungry, despite my good intentions and plans to go strict I am failing at this diet,I can stick to it one week or 10 days then I go back to the wrong foods.Gonna have to reevaluate it!

I was 157.8 yesterday and I freaked out. Saturday I was 152.8 I think I’m just bloated from PMS because I don’t think I ate that much more than usual. I skipped breakfast on Monday and then I had fish tacos for lunch but that night was literally just an artichoke and a piece of cheese for dinner. Today I was 156.6. I’ve had around 950 calories today. But I sleep ate a pack of pop tarts around 1AM this morning. So I have no idea if I should have calculated that or not.

I was 153.6 today. I think I’m pretty dehydrated. And I’m not feeling good in general. Today I had a piece of cheese and a Coke Life which was 200 calories total. Then I went to Denny’s at 2PM and I got their super bird sandwich with fries which had 990 calories. I had half of it at 2 and then half of it at 5. So I was at 1,180 calories today.

That is the healthy way to lose weight: slowly. Slow is sustainable.

Try not to think of it as a diet. Diets are things people go off of, and then they go back to their old ways and gain all the weight back, and often some more on top of it. Think of it as a lifestyle change, one of self-care and self-love. You're worth it!

Still leaning on my exercise crutch pretty heavily. Last night, after a long paddle on the ocean earlier in the day, I rounded up to 157. Properly hydrated and eating more today, I am probably still very close to the top of my range.

I was 153.6 on Thursday and today I was 158.8. I swear I am not eating enough to gain this sort of weight. Yesterday I was sleeping for half the day. I am dealing with severe constipation could that be it?

I was 154.8 today. Maybe I’m one of those people who shouldn’t weigh everyday. Today I had around 1200 calories.

Haven't lost any weight this past month. I've just maintained. I think that's good considering I've been ordering food a lot. Just found bags of steamable vegetables in my produce section. It's a nice variety. Started using those with sauces and seasonings. Will try to eat better and see if I can lose some more weight.

Finally lost a pound. I'm so glad. The vegetables are helping. I eat a bag a day. They're really easy to prepare. My stomach issues are doing better too. I'm feeling overall healthier.
