1,190 calories yesterday. Today I weighed 159.4. I keep gaining not losing. And my stomach is big and it hurts. I watched my sodium yesterday. I need to get off this birth control.

I have to lose some weight. I have been gaining a ton of weight from meds. I just feel unhealthy, too, because I've been relatively sedentary lately. I am going to try to go for a run tomorrow.

I want to eat carbs all day. Not sure why I'm craving them so much. Will try to drink some soups. Maybe that will help.

My gynecologist said it’s no problem to get off the birth control and I can get off it immediately. She’s doing some blood work too. At the doctors I only weighed 166 in the middle of the day with heavy shoes and heavy jeans and a shirt on. I wonder if my home scale is messed up.

This week is my birthday. I'm going to splurge a little bit and not worry too much about what I eat. I'm going to Cracker Barrel with my mom for my birthday.

I love Cracker Barrel. I wish there was one near me.

Today I weighed 160 so over 3 pounds less then yesterday. I stopped the birth control last night which probably doesn’t mean anything on why I was 3 pounds less but it’s nice to imagine. Today I’ve had about 1,240 calories.

158 today. My appetite has been kind of blah ever since I stopped the birth control. Which is good.

I decided to order in today. I didn't feel well. My breakfast was good. I ate just a little bit. I hope that spreading out my comfort over a few days has a positive affect on my weight. I'm trying not to over do it but still enjoy myself. I feel light and I'm able to walk a little.

157.8 today. I’m surprised I’m still 157 because I had almost 4 thousand milligrams in sodium yesterday. I thought I’d gain a little in water weight.

I'm not going to weigh myself for a while. I've been eating a lot of comfort food. Maybe I can get back on track this weekend. Today I ordered a semi-healthy breakfast with wheat toast.

157 exactly today. My clothes are very loose. I think I’m losing my curves after getting of the birth control. My mom said that would happen.

This weekend I threw out all the unhealthy food that I was munching on. It's just best for me to stay away from those foods. For some reason I can't control myself around them. I'm still afraid to weigh myself... maybe in another week.

156 today. I hope my therapist doesn’t freak out over the 7 pound weight loss since I saw her last Monday. Today food has been kind of meh but I’ve been eating. I’m going on a small trip tomorrow and I think we are going to Fridays and Applebee’s as meals. I just want salads since that’s the only thing that appeals to me. We’re probably going to stop at the Starbucks that’s in the hotel Tuesday morning but I’ll probably just get a lemonade. Shouldn’t be much calories at all on my trip unlike the one a few weeks ago.

156.2 today. I did a lot of back and forth walking at work this morning. Today my calories will equal to around 1,230.

I am losing weight slowly, I stopped eating cakes and chocolate and I am eating healthier meals. I will keep updating on progress.

Last night I ate a bagel and cream cheese cause I was stressed. Not because I was hungry. But the whole day wasn't that bad so it should be fine. I want to try to drink soups when I feel stressed. I have mostly liquid soups like tomato basil, red peppers and tomato, beefy mushroom, cream of chicken (powder) and both beef and chicken broth. It fills my stomach up and soothes me. That's mainly what I want.

I haven’t had a chance to weigh myself since yesterday morning. Today I’ve had 960 calories but I think it was more. I’m not sure what else I’ll eat today if anything. We ate lunch pretty late.
