Hello holdingon4nothing, welcome to Psych Central!
How long have you been in therapy for? It can take a while to learn to trust the therapist depending on your issues. Have you told your T that you find it difficult to tell her how you feel? If you tell her how hard you find it to talk to T, then that will help them to find a way forward. It certainly is not unusual to feel like that. You could write down some points on a piece of paper and take that with you. Or you could put your feelings down in a journal and share that with her. Sometimes it's easier to write it down and share. Do you think this might work for you? ![]()

Pegasus is always so sensitive and wise...she will give you great advice...
It took me a long time to be more verbal and trusting...some things that helped me were emailing journals, articles that resonated, drawing/sketches of my feelings, using a long list of emotion words, pictures, etc. Usually it would clue in my therapist to what's going on and he would ask the right questions...taking notes or questions for your T also helps when I get too anxious about talking... Just be as honest and forthright as possible...they cannot help you fully otherwise. Those are just some ideas and thoughts that came to me reading your post. Gentle hugs, WysteriaBlue
