Ok so first off I want to say please please don't judge me -(°¬°<) anyways So I didn't take a huge overdose on my medication which is a five times my dosage. I don't think anything will happen its been 14 hours I know this doesn't sound that bad but still. I haven't told anyone but this site any advice?

Hello Meltedmarshmallow: No judgement here. (The Skeezyks has tried this a couple of times too...) However, under the circumstances, clearly you are struggling. While this attempt may not have ended up being that serious, we know that individuals who have attempted suicide are at greater risk of trying again. The next time could be much more traumatic for you. Please reach out for help in real life. If nothing else, you can call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline 1 (800) 273-8255 or text 741-741 for help.

I would go to the Emergency Room and tell them what you took. Sometimes medications can cause organ failure and it takes weeks to die.

I agree! You should get checked out! Again, no judgement here! Glad you shared. Hope everything gets better for you!

I agree about making a trip to the emergency.

In future, have your medications blister packed (ought to be free service provided by your pharmacy). Not only does it make it easier to take your medications properly and timely, it may actually discourage one from that spontaneous choice to over do it.
Thanks for this!
