Does anyone else feel like the way you look does or does not fit your personality? I felt like being 236 pounds did not fit my quiet, some traits of selective mute, sometimes anxious, autistic personality. I felt like maybe if I lost weight I would feel more like who I am. So I started losing weight, and I am 171 now, and I feel like the way I look, fits my personality better. I still have 31 pounds to lose, but I already feel a lot better. Both physically but now I feel like I look like who I actually am. Am I making sense? Can someone help me figure out what I mean?

I have that disconnect between my personality and my physical appearance. I'm losing weight but it hasn't changed much.

Yes, but not weight. It is more when I look in the mirror see wrinkles, and think when did I get this old; because I don't feel it inside

I have never seen in the mirror the person I feel I ought to look like. For starters I don't feel anywhere my age. I've mentioned before my interest and activity out-of-doors. You would never know to look at me. Even at the height of my physical activity and good physical shape you would never have known it to look at me. Part of that though was the appearance I made for myself. I've never quite been able to afford the 'outdoorsy' look I would like to go for.
