Our world is very stressful now and I was wondering if there are groups of concerned mental health professionals that speak out against the things that are harming us. Are there such groups? I think tv could be improved and a reductions in toxins and an increase in green spaces and quiet spaces. Also wifi may be a problem. Have we created a civilization that is impossible to survive without meds? Is this good for our children?

I'm sorry you're going through this "madness", but sometimes we just need to get out more often and see what's happening around you.

I'm sorry but searching for answers to questions that sometimes aren't addressed in a humane way, is exciting but pointless in the mind you have crafted for yourself.

I have no intention to hurt or upset you, live free and a rewarding experience with this. I look forward to your post's =]

So true its fun to just get out and enjoy life. However there is only so long you can lie to yourself that everything is wonderful all the time. We all have a responsibility for the way life is. Instead of shoving pills at us maybe healthcare providers could try to influence the environment that is affecting us negatively. Surely psychologists and psychiatrists were involved in projects like subliminal programming and also in developing laws to prevent its use in ads. But these laws are being bent and broken. Also chemicals that harm us. And noise and now wireless technologies. I just wonder if there is any group addressing this. It would be nice if a group of these experts did. I think it could really make life better for everyone.

Umm, no offense but you're doing it again. For whatever reason, you've managed to "attached" a negative response, thought process to a most enjoyable experience.

I don't remember what it's called, but you seem to have a fear, anxiety towards feeling Joy because of it ending. Like a good, movie, song, video game etc. You have programmed your mind based on past events.

Maybe you could make a 7 day plan to just enjoy all the endings in life. It could just be a simple smile to a stranger you walk by. Knowing there is a possibility that you will never see that person again, or you could.

It takes time to adjust, remember, no body is allowed in side your mind, unless you say otherwise which brings me to a suggestion of speaking with a therapist.

Don't worry but I don't want anyone to go through my stubborn ways and views on psychiatry.

You know that 7 day plan sounds good. I got some new hidden object games to play too. And some beadwork to do. Im sick in bed now and alone with my dogs so im sort of stuck. You know i had to take pain medicine and it makes me depressed. Ive been in pajamas for days. I really want play my new games. I cant go outside now maybe later. The weekend will be better for going out. You are right. Going out is what I need more of. i like your comment about joy too. Sometimes that can happen. Enjoying endings. Thats something Ill have to think about.

I think and I could be wrong but getting enough rest is a biggie for motivation. I also have been in pajamas and I feel just a little bit more sleep then some fresh air with a tea...but not right away.

Allow yourself to think and feel the way you want. Don't fight it, just let it pass. You'll be killing aliens online in no time.

I won't keep you any longer but music really is magical. It sparks an interest, an idea.. but on an entirely different track, we have this on YouTube

Mental professionals can't do anything about this. There's been pressure and education made by environmental and health organizations for decades now.

The only solution is how YOU live. It's up to you to change your lifestyle. Practise minimalism and voluntary simplicity, choose the media you follow, choose people you meet, be mindful.
That's the way YOU and your family will find peace NOW. if you wait for "them" to help you, you'll wait in vain.

There are communities online around this kind of simple living, just youtube, Google and Facebook them and you'll find tons of support and inspiration.
