Welcome to MSF @Charmcaster - I am sorry you feel confused and have other symptoms. I think there are so many possible physical symptoms that can happen with mental and physical health that anything is possible.
How do these symptoms disrupt your life in your country? CANDC [If you want me to see your reply to this post please include @CANDC in your message - not in requoting my message and not the first word of your message]

One person’s normal may be subjective. Have you seen your gp or a counsellor about this issue? It seems very disruptive to your personal life.

That the world is confusing, that, too, might stem from a neurological disorder and not psychiatric. I would see both specialists. Very sorry this is happening to you.

I heard something from Dr David Jeremiah on TBN. He said "You don't have to try and figure everything out. If you try and figure everything out you will be miserable."
I've been trying to figure out my problems and the World last 45 years and I can't and it just makes me more frustrated! |

I’ve definitely had moments where I felt totally overwhelmed and like my brain was going a mile a minute. Overthinking, having random tics like shaking things or moving around, and feeling confused about everything can really take a toll. What helped for me was just taking a step back, slowing down, and focusing on one thing at a time. I also found that grounding techniques, like just breathing deeply or doing something physical to reset, helped calm the mental noise. Sometimes it’s just about giving yourself a break and not being too hard on yourself. If it gets bad, talking to someone, even just a friend, can make a big difference too.
