 Yes Starlite, it's true chocolate(esp, dark choc) has antioxidants in it, so it's good to eat it in moderation. They also know when we eat it, our bodies release positive hormones similar to what happens when we're in love or feeling love. I love chocolate but for some reason I can't eat more than 3 pieces where my daughter can eat a whole chocolate bar at once lol.

 You know what's strange?? I don't really get cravings for chocolate but enjoy it. But after seeing all these images I really am dying for some right now. Good thing I'm having chocolate cake tonight lol. I love chocolate with almonds.
