I am thankful that everything I did today was at the right moment, like going on a bike ride before it poured. Life goes by so fast that putting things off is easy, but when you have a confirmation signal, like with riding a bike right before it pours, then I feel right with the world.

Today, I'm thankful for dealing with some extremely stressful matters no so much because I dealt with them, but in how I was able to sit and see it and see myself taking on the challenge
and this article today published on PS Your Destructive Mind Habits in 5 Short Chapters which leads me to declare I'm so thankful for Psych Central

Like others, I'm thankful for PC. It's the best website I've ever found, and I've been online since 1985 (BEFORE the web). And I'm thankful there's food in the kitchen for tonight (beans, tomatoes, corn and onions). And I'm thankful for my wife who can make such wonderful meals out of almost nothing. And I'm thankful that there's a full jug of brandy in our little bar. And thankful that I haven't had a cigarette in six days. Take care and be good!

I am thankful for my 18 year old son...my 16 year old daughter...the air that I breathe.....and God pulling me through each time I wasn't sure I could:-) And of coarse I am thankful for PC!!!!!
