I am thankful for a mom that doesn't mind me calling her at the grocery store on her cell phone when she is having "just me time".

I am thankful today... I made big steps to let go of a grudge I've been hanging onto for quite a while...

Today I am thankful for a good quote from a friend....

"Being happy doesn't mean everything is perfect....
It means you've decided to see beyond the imperfections"

Today I'm thankful that I have just one more day to watch my friend's doggies! I've enjoyed it, but will be happy to get paid for it!

I am very thankful for this thread. It causes me to take the time to think of what I am thankful for.... but usually at that point I realize there are many things

For not being depressed. The last one was a doozey, thought I would have to go back into PHP, but it didn't last very long. Actually while coming out of it this time, I was able to shut down the negative thinking. You know like fight back on my own a bit, I think that that first time ever.

I also rode my bike the other day. It was a nice day I thought, might as well do this. The bike itself is a beautiful road bike a classic by Lemond, about 4yrs old. They run generally about 1200-1500 hundred dollars, but I got mine for 375, used, in great shape only 1 scratch on it. The previous owner worked at a bike shop, she kept it clean and well tuned, I'm in love. But because I was in a depressed episode, for about 3 weeks, I didn't ride it until the other day for the first time and I mean the first time in about 15 years.

It was very hot and humid, and straight up hill right away, and I became very tired and sweaty within a matter of minutes. I pushed and pushed, but, with ego bruised a little and the perfectionist in me deflated, I decided, "you know, you don't have to die today, at least you got out of the apartment, walking though a nice neighborhood with nice gardening work, and you tried; and isn't cool that you rode your bike". So I stopped. Heart beating hard, sucking in air, still looking cool in my brand new helmet with a flashing light on my bag, and walked the rest of the way to see my shrink. Oh, I forgot to say I was on my way to see him, we had a good laugh over the whole sweaty mess that I was.

I am so happy I'm not depressed today.

I forgot to mention that I'm happy to have clear days in my head, like today
My family, even if we're miles away from each other.
My partner, who is beautiful and is always very patient to me
I'm thankful, I'm crying now, but I'm thankful too

Today I'm thankful for my two best friends that have helped me through so much. They help me work toward my goals and don't let me get down on myself. So thanks Ashley and Nate your best friends a girl could ask for.

I'm thankful for being able to rent a movie tonight...doesn't seem like much but it is a nice special treat. My parents are going to go play games at a friends house so I get to get a movie. Still not sure what I am going to get but am excited none the less.

I'm thankful for the year-round bus pass my college supplies with tuition. I'm not even in school right now, and I can get anywhere in my city, for free. Had such a great day today and yesterday, because instead of sitting around the house all day I actually went out and did some ****.

I'm also grateful for my friend Maryjane and the many headshops my city has ^^

And I'm so incredibly thankful for a certain person in my life who knows exactly how to make me feel like the happiest person alive.

I'm just grateful today. What a great day

I am thankful my Grandma can still get out and do things. Yes she drives up the ever loving wall sometimes but I am glad she can still go out and do things.

Today I am thankful I was able to have a much needed...long overdue visit with one of my oldest dearest friends. We only live a short distance from one another but life just always gets in the way. I'm glad we put all those things aside for a bit today and had a nice chat.
