There is so much that people do not get in life that a little smile and acceptance makes a day worth being in. My heart is right there with you all and though sometimes it feels as though the day will never end, tomorrow always seems to come.

I wrote a quote for my group and I also drew a picture and put the quote on it. I would like to share the quote with you all.

At group we are working on mantra's to make a collage to hang on our walls at home. This is the quote I wrote for mine. It is so true to what I am working through right now and to how I need to look at things within my life. There is nothing I can do to change the past and the future is not known, but right now I can share and grow and live for today.

I don't think it is trivial at all and I hope you had no pressures. I think you are right though because when we have no pressures we can just be who we are and I tend to be able to get more done and do it better.

A good day to me is one where I don't have a panic attack, my ocd is under control, my phobias aren't getting to me, my blood pressure is acting right, and my family doesn't have any problems I need to help them with. Plus my mother and husband both being in a good mood at the same time would be a definite plus.

Right now, I would be happy if I could sleep all night. I haven't been able to in months.
