lol Sabrina, wish i was kidding. but i got these from an inservice at work we are required to read and answer questions about that concern patient care. this was just a funny section added in, but the rest was about serious laws that affect patient rights. here's the lead in for the stupid laws...

"There are some crazy laws on the books throughout the United States. In the old days, they must have made sense, but they're just plain silly in today's world. here are a few of these outdated laws: (see above)"

An electrician was called to a man's house that was having electrical problems. The electrician examined the wiring, looking, poking around, then pulled out a wire and replaced it. Suddenly everything was working perfectly.

The electrician told the man "that'll be $80".

The man looked at him and exclaimed "$80??!! All you did was change out a cheap wire!"

The electrician paused a minute, then said "Well, the wire only cost 24 cents. But the $79.76 was for knowing which wire it was."

I have seen that before but it is worth watching again- hilarious!!

Funny thing, this happened to me yesterday! I was getting dressed and barely wanted to look in the mirror, turning my back and assessing how fat my butt looked in the pants I was wearing. Ten minutes later my husband comes out of the shower, walks around naked, past the mirror without stopping. Then he puts a towel around him, and his stomach is hanging over it and his hair is askew and he thinks nothing of it at all.

I'm sitting there watching this, thinking "just put some clothes on already!" because it reminds me of how old we are getting . But secretly, I am just jealous that he is so comfortable looking the way he does, while I hide under blankets and did so even when I was younger.
