Today I will take it easy on me.
Today I will laugh, and give thanks that I can accomplish real laughter..it left my life for so long....but now this ability is back; I will permit myself this indulgence! Today I will have a lengthy conversation avec moi regarding many concerns, and, Today I will be circumspect and kind in how I speak to me...R E S P E C T pour M O I! Today I will answer my daughters phone call with an e-mail. (armslength for toxicity!) |

To day I will try to breathe and say "Ok Whatever" more to the things that I find that get really under my skin but that really don't matter-- Just the stupidity of humans and things that these co-workers should know, and to look at it as - Well I have helped them out today, and if they retain it- Awesome, if they don't; not my problem really until they ask again which will annoy me.. but I will try to remember-- breathe, whatever, and go about my day.
